The Transfer Portal shows you when another Roster user has added the same person to their roster. This helps you discover who else might be interested in the same people you're dating. Matches are verified through phone numbers, social media handles, or names.

Yes! Your roster is completely private. We use encryption to protect your data, and we never share your personal information with third parties. Other users can only see limited information when you match in the Transfer Portal, and you control what's shared.

New users get a 5-day free trial of Roster Pro, which includes access to the Transfer Portal, unlimited players, and all premium features. After the trial, you can subscribe for $2.99/month to continue using Pro features, or use the free version with limited features.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings, find Roster, and select "Cancel Subscription." Your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

When enabled, Roster uses Bluetooth Low Energy to detect when you're near other Roster users. This data is anonymized and helps boost match scores for people you've actually encountered in real life. You can enable or disable this feature anytime in Settings.

Yes. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our servers. Please note this action cannot be undone, and you'll lose your entire roster and match history.
